Datron Successfully Completes Project 25 Compliance Assessment for the Guardian 2 VHF Radio

Compliance Assessment Demonstrates Proven Reliability on P25 Infrastructure.

San Diego, CA, June 11, 2012 - Datron World Communications, Inc. (www.dtwc.com), a leader in tactical and public safety communications products, today announced that their Guardian 2 VHF Radio is Project 25 Compliance Assessment Program (P25 CAP) validated.

The P25 CAP is a voluntary program that allows P25 equipment suppliers the opportunity to formally demonstrate their product compliance using a select group of P25 requirements. Successful completion of this testing validates that the equipment is in full compliance and conformance with P25 standards including interoperability for use by federal, state and local emergency response agencies.
